Requirements Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment • Demonstrated experience managing employees, schedules, and daily operations • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn car wash equipment and maintenance procedures • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required • Ability to meet the physical requirements and work environment conditions outlined in this job description • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Salary Description
