RN -Telehealth Nurse (Cardiology Outpatient Clinic)

Responsibilities The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The role involves using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs through direct patient encounters, telephonic/telehealth, and electronic communication. The RN collaborates with other healthcare team members, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
