Global Product Manager

As a key member of the Marketing Team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

We are seeking a Global Product Manager who will have responsibility for the growth of innovative products in the Surgical Business Unit within Enovis. In this critical position, you will have upstream global responsibility for our market-leading, high-growth, and high-visibility upper extremity portfolio including shoulder and elbow arthroplasty.

Your day-to-day activities in this exciting and ever-changing role will include but are not limited to:

• Product development
• Product launch
• Sales training and surgeon collaterals
• Surgeon and customer education for products and procedures
• Sales support
• Key opinion leader development
• Product life cycle (PLM) management
• Business and strategic planning
• Market data analysis

Qualifications

• Minimum five years product marketing experience including upstream marketing
• Medical Device industry experience is preferred
• Orthopaedic experience preferred
• Sales experience, downstream marketing, marketing communication experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Program Management, Life Sciences or Marketing is required
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Analytical, Entrepreneurial, Cross-functional collaboration, Process & Continuous improvement
• Ability to manage multiple products in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Must be comfortable in operating rooms/cadaver lab settings
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
• Ability to work in varying environments including but not limited to a Cadaver Lab, Mechanical Testing Lab, office setting etc.
