The Community Manager is responsible for hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, and supervising on-site employees while ensuring operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and strong financial performance.The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional sales and customer service skills, a proven ability to drive occupancy and resident retention, and a passion for creating an outstanding living experience for residents.Key ResponsibilitiesShowcase the community to prospective residents and maintain strong closing ratiosProcess and approve applications and coordinate move-insHire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site team membersDirect marketing initiatives and monitor competitor activityMaintain excellent resident communication to promote retention and satisfactionPlan and execute resident events and community engagement activitiesMediate resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficientlyNegotiate vendor pricing and oversee vendor relationships and servicesManage supplies and parts inventory, including ordering and invoice processingOversee and support property maintenance programsMonitor property performance, budgets, and financial goalsEnsure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable lawsFoster a positive team culture focused on service excellence and operational successSkills & RequirementsPrevious Community Manager experience requiredProfessional appearance and demeanorExperience with Yardi software preferred; must be tech-savvyExcellent communication, organizational, leadership, and administrative skillsStrong sales ability with excellent closing ratiosCompensation & BenefitsP.B.
