Senior Product Manager, Mobile

Summary Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ralph Lauren's mobile app and other customer-facing digital products. Partner with global business and technology teams to deliver innovative experiences that drive customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and conversion. Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, goals, and success measures for business-critical initiatives. Lead discovery, research, and prioritization of customer and business opportunities, assessing feasibility and impact. Translate roadmap priorities into requirements and partner with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products. Analyze performance and customer insights to improve products and identify growth opportunities. Align global stakeholders, communicate priorities and progress, and present findings and tradeoffs to executives. Apply knowledge of ecommerce, consumer trends, competition, and emerging technologies to product decisions. Requirements Deep experience with digital consumer-facing experiences and a record of defining and executing successful business strategies. Ecommerce and global product management experience; mobile app experience is a plus. Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple large projects and agile product management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to align business partners and executive stakeholders.
