Specialty Representative, Migraine - Burlington, VT

Field-based specialty sales representative focused on migraine therapeutics in Burlington, Vermont. Responsible for executing brand strategy, managing territory accounts, and driving sales performance while building customer relationships and maintaining compliance with healthcare industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance metrics, brand KPIs, and financial targets to meet or exceed objectives
- Develop and execute call plans with pre-call objectives and post-call evaluations to optimize territory coverage and customer access
- Proactively identify customer needs and build trusted relationships while handling objections and closing sales calls
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, disease state, and products to share with team and leadership
- Identify and develop disease state experts and advocates to differentiate value proposition and maximize brand performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or 5+ years industry experience with 3+ in pharmaceutical/health sector
- Adaptable sales approach with ability to identify and adjust to customer styles and behaviors
- Matrix environment proficiency with innovative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
- In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge in assigned area
- Documented success in pharmaceutical sales performance and account-based selling preferred
- Valid driver's license, ability to pass drug screening, and meet HCIR credentialing requirements
- English language proficiency verbally and in writing
