Position Overview CircusTrix, LLC dba Sky Zone Beaverton Part‑time Crew Member is a part‑time associate that can gain experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication. If you enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is your profession, apply to be considered for any of the following part‑time opportunities: Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales. An application is required to be considered, though we understand that candidates may not have prior work experience. Responsibilities Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues at all stations Commit to providing friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older Comfortable engaging with large groups of people Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays Previous experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (e.g., entertainment, retail, service, fitness) is ideal but not required Customer service or sales experience regarded as a bonus Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout the park for long periods of time Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds Physical Requirements Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs Lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds Frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment Compensation Starts at $16.30/hr.
