Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help shape the future of AI in healthcare. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more accurate models - and your clinical data expertise is exactly what we need. This is a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare workflows, and data analysis to evaluate and improve how AI understands and reasons about healthcare information. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health data, and medical decision-making for accuracy and quality Assess health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools to ensure they meet clinical and operational standards Prepare structured feedback, dashboards, and recommendations that improve AI performance in healthcare contexts Collaborate asynchronously with technical and clinical teams to drive data-driven improvements Who You Are Experienced working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms Strong analytical skills including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting Able to think critically about clinical workflows and operational data Comfortable collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders Detail-oriented and reliable when working independently Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in healthcare Background in health informatics, clinical informatics, or a related field Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs Fully remote and flexible - work on your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Contribute to meaningful work at the intersection of healthcare and AI Potential for ongoing work and contract extension #J-18808-Ljbffr
