Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift
Location: Corona, CA
Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00pm - 7:30am
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Support worker with experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure equipment, machinery, and facilities operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a solid understanding of industrial equipment and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.

• Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs under the guidance of senior maintenance staff.

• Inspect machinery and equipment to detect issues and report findings.

• Support the setup, adjustment, and teardown of production machines.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety in the maintenance and production areas.

• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Keep records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance logs.

• Assist with inventory management of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.

• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training is a plus.

• 1-3 years of general maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and safety documents.

• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
