What You Will Do:

• Provide expert physical therapy assessments and develop customized treatment plans for outpatient clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Engage with patients in a compassionate and motivating manner, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Required Skills:

• Valid Louisiana State License as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS Certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience performing general orthopedics, neuro, disability, and generalized weakness therapy.
• Epic electronic medical record experience.
• Ability to manage an average of 10 visits per day.
• Flexibility to work primarily during daytime hours (07:30 - 16:00) with some potential inpatient flex.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate patient care effectively.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient therapy experience.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to accept assignments that may involve emergency team participation, including staying at facilities during emergent events, with pay impacts communicated as needed.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts from April 6, 2026, onward.
• Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
