As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our patients, while maintaining a warm and welcoming family atmosphere.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Care TeamConduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify areas for improvementMentor and coach nursing staff members, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and developmentParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to drive clinical excellence and patient satisfactionCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement facility policies and proceduresRequirements:Current registered nurse license in the state of PennsylvaniaPrior experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a long-term care settingStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCompassionate and patient-focused approach to care deliveryGrandview Nursing & Rehabilitation is a trusted partner in the community, providing comprehensive care and services to patients recovering from surgery or illness.
