Clean Team Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts across the Kentwood and Grand Rapids area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting, candidate engagement, and administrative HR coordination within a growing organization.

This position plays a critical role in keeping our operations fully staffed by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, supporting onboarding, and helping maintain a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Job Details

• Position: Part-Time Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter
• Location: Kentwood, MI (Serving Greater Grand Rapids Area)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 11:30 AM–4:30 PM (flexible)
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Start Date: Immediate Opening

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions
• Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, referrals, outreach, etc.)
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications
• Coordinate hiring needs with managers and maintain communication flow
• Support onboarding process including paperwork and documentation
• Track applicant progress, availability, and hiring status
• Conduct background checks and pre-employment screenings
• Maintain accurate employee and applicant records
• Communicate job details, expectations, and scheduling information to candidates
• Manage high-volume applicant flow with strong attention to detail
• Provide general HR and administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR coordination preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Valid driver's license required
