What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate excavators to support aggregate production, material handling, and site operations.

• Inspect equipment daily and report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.

• Load, move, and stockpile materials efficiently while maintaining production goals.

• Follow company safety policies, operational procedures, and environmental standards.

• Collaborate with team members to support plant, quarry, and site performance objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, including excavators, in an industrial environment.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices.

• Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills to support operational goals.

• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Successful candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company employment requirements.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
