Assistant Manager

Our Assistant Managers work an average of 35 hours per week. Tip income can boost wage rate by $1.00 or more per hour. We also partner with ImmediatePay, which offers pay access to employees in between paychecks.

Little Caesars, America's best value in pizza, is looking for energetic and fun people to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for workers over the age of 18 for our closing shifts (4pm - 10pm weeknights). We recognize those who excel in their roles, and we offer numerous opportunities for advancement as the company expands. Assistants are full-time employees who work 30-40 hours per week, and are eligible for healthcare benefits after 90 days, and 401k investment after 1 year. And as an assistant, you can still earn a share of the tips!


We offer a competitive starting wage, and being an Assistant Manager is the first step in the ladder of management success. Your starting pay is dependent on your level of experience. If you have a good, solid background of leading shifts, high customer service skills, and a strong work ethic, you can start at a higher pay rate per hour. Not overly experienced? Don't worry, we'll train you!


Do you have the experience we're looking for, but you're only looking for part-time hours? We might still have a spot for you! We also hire for shift lead positions -- essentially the same job, except that shift leads work 29 hours per week or less.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available nights and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States

• 6-12 months supervisory experience preferred for Assistant Manager
• 35 hours per week
• Conversational English is a must, but bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Must present a valid (not expired) photo ID, as well as an original social security card (no copies) or a birth certificate; OR a valid (not expired) passport only
• Possess basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; can you count to 40?)
• Ability to read an analog clock is a plus!
