Location : 6470 Redwood Dr, Rohnert Park, CA 94928

Compensation : $ 20 - $ 22/ hr DOE

Schedule: PT M-W 8am -430pm

Pharmacy Technician

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will support our hospital's in-house pharmacy and laboratory operations. Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing prescribed medications and pharmaceuticals in compliance with professional standards and legal requirements
• Calculating dosages and preparing medications accurately
• Reviewing prescriptions issued by DVMs for accuracy and completeness
• Maintaining proper handling, security, and documentation of controlled substances
• Running in-house laboratory tests and preparing samples for outside labs
• Maintaining and troubleshooting lab equipment
• Managing pharmacy and laboratory inventory
• Training and supporting team members in lab and pharmacy procedures
• Assisting in maintaining overall hospital organization and cleanliness
