Registered Nurse RN - Medical & Surgical X C2 - Full Time Night

Registered Nurse – Medical & Surgical X (Night Shift) Monmouth Medical Center, 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch, NJ – Full‑time, hourly RN position within the Medical & Surgical X department, required to work a 36‑hour night shift. Pay Range: $46.90 – $63.09 per hour (New Jersey). Summary of Job Function The Registered Nurse provides nursing care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards, ensuring ethical practice per ANA code of ethics. They maintain evidence‑based practice, communicate and utilize resources, report safety issues, supervise task delegation, and collaborate with other patient‑care providers. The RN prioritizes care interventions, measures outcomes, and uses the nursing process to deliver individualized patient plans. Required Qualifications ASN or Nursing Diploma 1–2 years’ experience within specialty Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient computer skills BLS and ACLS certification Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license Valid N.J.
