Gastro Health is seeking board-certified/board-eligible gastroenterologists to join our private practice teams in Acton, Chelmsford, and Framingham. Each group has its own physician leadership and operational structure.

Compensation & benefits

Base salary range: $500,000 – $550,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Additional compensation includes: signing bonus, fellowship stipend (for current GI fellows), productivity incentives (wRVU model), transition bonus leading to partnership, relocation assistance

Full benefit package includes: employer-paid malpractice with tail coverage, medical, dental & vision insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, paid time off & paid holidays, CME time with annual allowance, FSA options, short- & long-term disability coverage
