**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Director of Admission to oversee all aspects of the admissions process at our institution. The Director of Admission will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, evaluate, and enroll prospective students. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in admissions or enrollment management
- Florida's Tax Credit Scholarship Programs, Florida Empowering Scholarship, FES-UA Program, Step-Up, and AAA scholarship programs.
- Familiarity with FACTS SS and knowledge of best practices in admissions and recruitment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive admissions strategies to meet enrollment goals
- Manage a team of admissions staff and oversee day-to-day operations
- Evaluate applications and make admissions decisions in accordance with institutional policies
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote admissions events and initiatives
- Conduct outreach activities to attract and engage prospective students and families
- Coordinate admissions events such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions
- Monitor and analyze admissions data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to admissions processes
