Hospitalist physician employment in Georgia : Looking for a hospitalist position that offers a predictable schedule, strong support, and a well-established health system? Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is seeking a full-time swing hospitalist to join our growing team. This dedicated admissions role offers a highly desirable 7-on/7-off schedule, allowing you to enjoy half the year off while maintaining full-time compensation.

Position Highlights

Dedicated swing/admitter role
12PM - 12AM schedule
7-on/7-off block scheduling
Approximately 14 shifts per month (182 hours monthly)
Average patient census of 18 - 20 patients per clinicians
Join a collaborative team of experienced physicians and APCs
Excellent work-life balance with a predictable schedule

About Piedmont Eastside Medical Center

310-bed acute care hospital
Hospitalist team includes 7 daytime physicians, 1 swing physician, 1 nocturnist, and APC support
Closed ICU
No procedures required
ED manages codes
Excellent specialty support
Epic EMR
Part of Piedmont Healthcare, a respected private, not-for-profit health system
TeamHealth partnership for both hospital medicine and emergency medicine services

Guaranteed 182 hours or 14 shifts per month
Employer model paid through w2 contract
