Senior Analytics Analyst

Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Analytics Analyst will lead reporting, analysis, automation, and quality assurance efforts to support strategic decision-making within the Revenue Cycle Organization, working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and deliver Power BI and Excel reports while managing data from various sources Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic initiatives Utilize SQL, Python, and other tools to automate processes and enhance data quality and efficiency Required qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytics role with complex datasets Expertise in SQL and advanced experience with data visualization tools like Power BI Background in healthcare, finance, or operations analytics Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and ability to leverage AI models for analytics
