Windows Systems AdministratorWe are looking for a skilled Windows Systems Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows systems and be proficient in PowerShell scripting. This role requires expertise in system observability, participation in Root Cause Analysis, and the ability to create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Windows-based systems and serversDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system automation and managementImplement and manage observability solutions for Windows environmentsParticipate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) calls to investigate and resolve system issuesCreate and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Windows system processesTroubleshoot complex Windows system issues and provide timely resolutionsCollaborate with other IT teams to improve overall system performance and reliabilityAdditional responsibilities include:Validating analyses and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholdersEnsuring positive customer feedback and satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues facedValidating Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participating in Capacity planningPerforming value addition activities such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and knowledge sharingActing as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when requiredEnsuring on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
