Principal Service Reliability Engineer

Focusing on the reliability and performance of cloud-based platforms, the full-time Principal Service Reliability Engineer will lead technical initiatives, design resilient systems, and implement best practices while working remotely across the U.S. Key responsibilities Define and evolve build and deployment pipelines for secure, reliable production releases Lead the design and operation of pre-production and production cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and security Serve as a technical leader and mentor, influencing system design and prioritizing reliability initiatives across teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles Deep expertise in managing cloud-based infrastructure, preferably in Azure Strong experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across multiple teams
