Sigmatech is hiring a Technical Specilaist III. The ideal candidate would be able to perform the duties below as the Functional Area Manday Manager (FAMM) for HQ & COMSPACEFOR agencies requiring Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) Support.

• Requirements Management: Collecting and reviewing MPA Requirements utilizing the Total Integrated Mobilization Execution System (TIMES) Data collection

• Tasking Drafting: Drafting MPA taskings in support of approved requirements within the Manpower MPA Man-day Management System (M4S)

• Budget Execution: Managing the Headquarters, Commander, Space Forces (HQ/COMSPACEFOR) MPA allocation budget; Program Lead Assistance: Performing as the Program Lead Assistant (PLA) for the review of new TIMES requirements prior to final Program Lead (PL) approval

• Liaison Duties: Conducting daily coordination and interactions with MPA managers for HQ and COMSPACEFOR agencies

The candidate shall provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the USSF MPA Program Management Team, including the duties below:

• Reporting & Tasking Review: Reviewing daily reports detailing MPA requests and evaluating taskings that require Manpower Management Office (MMO) or PL review and approval

• Representation: Serving as the primary interface ('face') to the FLDCOM (FAMMs)

• Policy Compliance: Fielding questions and ensuring all requirements adhere to Department of the Air Force Instructions (DAFI) and Space Force Instructions (SFI), as well as overarching DAF and USSF policies, processes, and procedures

• Financial Analysis: Performing monthly spend plan reviews with individual FAMMs and briefing the MMO/Program Manager (PM) on financial trends and execution rates

• Recruitment Assistance: Assisting HQ agencies with drafting and building position advertisements for upcoming MPA vacancies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Associate's degree and 5 years of experience in office administration, personnel, policy analysis, and the MS Office Suite.

A minimum of three (3) years of prior military service (Active Duty, Reserve, or National Guard).

This experience is required to ensure the FTE possesses the necessary foundational understanding of military organizational structures, defense policy application, and defense personnel processes.
