Student Success Coach

Empowering students on their educational journey, the full-time remote Student Success Coach will manage a portfolio of students from enrollment to graduation, providing guidance, resources, and support through various communication channels to ensure academic success. Key responsibilities: Manage and coach assigned students, creating academic plans and providing proactive outreach Assist students with registration, degree planning, and administrative processes while connecting them to appropriate resources Document and track student interactions and progress, maintaining high-quality customer service standards Required qualifications: An earned bachelor's degree from an accredited institution One year of relevant work experience in a high-volume customer service environment Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
