# Warehouse AssociateBack To Jobs Apply Online### Location**Utah Carpet and Flooring Warehouse - CDC | RC Willey** 2301 S 300 W Salt Lake City, UT 84115### Hours**Full-Time**### Starting Wage$17.00per hour### Description**Warehouse Associate** RC Willey is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our South Salt Lake Flooring Warehouse. This warehouse-based role involves receiving and organizing flooring materials, managing inventory, loading and unloading products, and preparing carpet and other flooring options for delivery. **Schedule:** Saturday through Friday with one day off during the week to be scheduled and closed on Sundays. Two shifts available. **Starting Pay:** $17 hour, with a $1 increase once training is completed **Key Responsibilities*** Load and unload products for contracted installers.* Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise from their vehicles.* Load and unload transfer trailers.* Process credit memos, including writing invoices and locating associated products.* Maintain daily cleanliness of the warehouse and showroom.* Partner with the Warehouse Lead to support inventory flow and inventory management.* Perform other duties as assigned.* All other duties as assigned**Skills and Qualifications*** Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 100 lbs.* Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other powered lifts, in a safe and efficient manner.* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet productivity and service goals.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized and safe work environment.* Basic communication skills and a customer focused mindset.* Must be at least 18 years of age.**Ready to join the team?** Working with us is more than just a paycheck– it’s about being part of an organization that values connection and community.
