❗ We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Field Associates to help connect local homeowners with our roofing specialists . If you love staying active, being outdoors, and talking to people, this is the perfect entry-level opportunity. ❗
Position: Canvasser Manager Trainee
Responsibilities
- Walk residential neighborhoods and identify homes that may need roofing services
- Speak with homeowners and provide information about our products and services
- Educate homeowners on available financing options
- Schedule free consultations with our roofing specialists
Job Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation (car or truck)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation:
- Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses
- Earning potential of $50,000–$75,000+ per year
