Facilities Maintenance Technician

We’re hiring an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general building maintenance and repairs. This is a hands-on role for someone with experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility maintenance.

What You’ll Do

Electrical: Replace ballasts, LED drivers, outlets, and switches; troubleshoot breakers and emergency lighting
Plumbing: Repair flush valves (Sloan/Zurn), clear clogged drains, repair leaks, and maintain water heaters
HVAC: Change filters and belts, clean coils, clear condensate lines, and monitor Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Carpentry & Repairs: Repair doors, locks, hardware, and door closers
Patch drywall and perform interior painting
Install or replace flooring and ceiling tiles
Perform routine preventive maintenance and general facility repairs
Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous facilities, building maintenance, or maintenance technician experience
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to work independently and prioritize maintenance requests
BAS experience is a plus
Experience with Sloan or Zurn plumbing fixtures is a plus
Dependable with strong attention to safety and quality
