You'll collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure accurate eligibility verification, authorizations, and documentation, preventing revenue cycle issues. Additionally, you'll monitor performance trends, provide feedback, lead daily huddles, conduct weekly one-on-ones, and guide monthly metric reviews to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement for both patients and staff.In order to do this, you'll need the following:2+ years of experience as a clinic managerExperience in healthcare management is a plus!OUR COMPANYOur team at Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists comprises world-renowned vascular specialists and healthcare support staff who are passionate about making a real difference in others' lives.
