Two (2) Consumer Tech Sales Representatives are needed for a company in Cerritos.  

Temporary position for one year, with the possibility of becoming full-time.  Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with 1 hour lunch, or option to take 1/2 hour lunch and work until 4 pm.  Pay rate of $19-21/hr plus commission.

We are seeking a customer-focused sales representative to promote consumer electronics and emerging technology products, including handheld 3D/LiDAR scanners, cameras, gimbals, and related devices. This role supports inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, lead qualification, product education, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage prospective customers, dealers, and business partners by phone and email; respond to inbound inquiries.
• Qualify needs, explain product benefits, prepare quotations, and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Learn product specifications and use cases; deliver approved basic demonstrations after training.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for contacts, activity, opportunities, quotations, and lead status.
• Follow approved outreach procedures, including no more than two unanswered call attempts before moving a lead to the appropriate nurture/lost status, unless otherwise authorized.
• Follow approved pricing and commission policies; escalate complex technical or pricing questions.
• Collaborate with Sales Leads, the Sales Manager, and Product Specialists; participate in coaching, launches, and occasional events.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months–3 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience (entry-level candidates welcome) in Consumer electronics, inside sales, B2B/B2C outreach, or product demonstration
• Clear verbal and written communication; professional phone and email etiquette.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM and internal business systems.
• Strong customer service, organization, adaptability, and willingness to learn technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in cameras, drones, LiDAR, 3D scanning, or other emerging technologies.
• CRM familiarity; bilingual communication skills are a plus.
