Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic team of imaging experts. Description of Responsibilities

• Perform various ultrasound examinations, covering abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures, clearly explaining each step
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records within our electronic systems
• Stay informed on advancements in ultrasound technologies and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Skills Needed

• Strong technical skills in ultrasound imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
