Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed doses of radiation therapy to patients with cancer and other diseases.
• Operate linear accelerators and other radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately.
• Review and verify treatment plans created by radiation oncologists and medical physicists.
• Monitor patients during treatment and observe for any adverse reactions or side effects.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, documenting radiation doses, patient responses, and any complications.
• Perform quality assurance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions for prompt maintenance.

Qualifications:

• NE License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT-RT(T) required.

• Pay: $2,657.28 - $2,739.46 / week
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Assignment Length: 13
• Shift: Day - up to 40.00 hours per week
• Setting: Hospital
• Workplace: On-site
