Our stores close at 2pm, ensuring a healthy work‑life balance for our team. Shift Leader Responsibilities As a Shift Leader you will: Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver an excellent guest experience. Set the morale and tone of the team, providing feedback and coaching staff as needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Represent the brand’s commitment to customer service and team culture. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 18years or older. Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends. Pass a background check per local, state, and federal law. Possession of, or ability to obtain, a ServSafe certification prior to completing leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred; required for specific locations). Benefits Flexible schedule. Paid time off after 90 days of employment.
