Location: Washington, DC

Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Blueline Security Services LLC is seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to serve as the first point of contact at a prestigious office property in Washington, DC.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service in a professional business environment. The Front Desk Concierge will welcome visitors, manage building access, and provide administrative support while working alongside an Off-Duty Police Officer.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees, visitors, vendors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage building access by verifying visitors and authorizing entry.
• Operate the building access system and buzz authorized personnel into the building.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with questions and directions.
• Monitor the front desk and maintain a welcoming, organized reception area.
• Maintain visitor logs and other required records accurately.
• Communicate effectively using a two-way radio when necessary.
• Work closely with the Off-Duty Police Officer and property management staff.
• Perform general front desk and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a concierge, receptionist, front desk associate, administrative assistant, or in customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional appearance with the ability to wear business attire daily.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with visitor management or access control systems is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• A DC Security Officer License is a plus but not required.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a background investigation and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
