Job Title: Communications Specialist 4 Location: Remote Salary Range: $50/hr to $60/hr on W2 Introduction We are seeking a full-time Influencer Program Manager to support the Social & Influencer team in building and delivering best-in-class creator campaigns for Minecraft. In this role, you will partner closely with the Influencer Lead and broader marketing teams to execute influencer strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and fandom participation across key beats throughout the year. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience working at a major game publisher/in the gaming sector. Minimum 3-5 years experience with analytical ability - can drive insight to action. Minimum 2-5 years experience in an Influencer role. Prior work experience in the gaming industry. Experience managing influencer activations for video game publishers, gaming platforms, or similar consumer-facing entertainment brands. Deep understanding of creator platforms and content ecosystems, including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of Minecraft and familiarity with the Minecraft creator ecosystem. Experience managing influencer activations for video game publishers, gaming platforms, or similar consumer-facing entertainment brands. Deep understanding of creator platforms and content ecosystems, including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns and creator activations aligned with Minecraft's franchise strategy, game drops, and major cultural moments. Partner closely with internal teams and external partners to translate campaign priorities into clear creator-focused plans and deliverables. Manage day-to-day influencer program operations, including creator outreach, contracting workflows, briefing, scheduling, and ongoing communications.
