These methodologies and processes are reinforced through our organization's externally accredited certifications, which include ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management Systems (SMS, corporate ITIL certification), ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System (ISMS), and CMMI-DEV Level 3Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Responsible for the installation, configuration, operations and maintenance of the Oracle databases in a Microsoft Windows cluster environmentResponsible for troubleshooting database issuesResponsible for database performance tuningResponsible for database backup and recoveryResponsible for applying regular database patch and database upgradeQualificationsMinimum skills and qualifications:US Citizenship required. No Dual Citizens4 years or more of managing Oracle databases in a Microsoft Windows cluster environment4 years or more of writing Oracle queries4 years or more of IT Delivery and/or Operations experiencePossess excellent verbal and written communications skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBachelors Degree or 4 additional years experience in lieu of degreeAble to work flexible schedule/weekends if neededPreferred skills and qualifications:Certified Oracle DBACertified SQLServer DBAKnowledgeable with Oracle database as well as SQLServerKnowledgeable in networkingBasic understanding of Windows Active Directory
