New Country Motor Car Group is seeking a Service BDC Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver a luxury experience to our Service customers. This leadership role is responsible for guiding the Service BDC to drive appointment growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, outreach, lead management, performance, and data-driven optimization across multiple stores.
