You'll collaborate with medical, clinical, and operations teams to ensure exceptional care and support to your assigned caseload in and around Kansas City, Missouri.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete nursing assessments and ongoing health monitoringOversee medication administration and treatment plansCoordinate physician, psychiatric, dental, and specialty appointmentsProvide staff education on medical care and equipment useSupport infection prevention and wellness initiativesAudit medication rooms, EMAR, and documentation systemsTriage medical concerns and respond to urgent needsSupervise LPNs and CNAs as neededTravel to residential homes/programs within assigned areaQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum 2 years nursing experience preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong communication, documentation, and computer skillsAbility to work collaboratively across disciplinesPassion for providing compassionate, person-centered careWhy Beacon?At Beacon, our values guide everything we do: Integrity, Compassion, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence.
