Overview As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than when they arrived. You are the face of our company and are proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. Responsibilities You engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find exactly what they are looking for and adopting a friends‑first mindset. You educate guests on product details and enthusiastically suggest items that fit their needs. You promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. You adapt between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You support your teammates and help get the job done. You act with integrity, always following AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications You enjoy interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. Knowledge of AE and Aerie products.
