Quality Engineer

DescriptionKforce has a client in Merrimack, NH that is seeking a Quality Engineer.Responsibilities:* Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test solutions for web applications and APIs* Support all phases of testing, including system, integration, user acceptance, and production validation* Identify, track, and help resolve software defects and performance issues* Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery* Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and release activities* Analyze system requirements and workflows to validate application functionality and business outcomes* Create and maintain test documentation and quality assurance standards* Support continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and quality practicesRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field* 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Test Automation* Experience testing web applications, APIs, and enterprise software platforms* Experience working in Agile development environments* Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence* Knowledge of automated testing tools, defect management, and quality assurance methodologies* Familiarity with cloud-based applications, integrations, and enterprise systems* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Ability to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation processes* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environmentJob TypeContractCompensation48 - $51
