Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' musculoskeletal conditions and functional limitations to establish effective treatment plans that are aligned with their personal recovery objectives.
• Utilize diverse evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and adjunct therapies including ultrasound, heat, and cold treatments to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress, making real-time adjustments to therapy plans as indicated to ensure recovering patients are meeting their rehabilitation milestones.
• Educate patients regarding their conditions and treatment rationales while also providing tailored home exercise programs designed for continued improvement outside of therapy sessions.
• Encourage and motivate individuals through their rehabilitation journeys by fostering trusting relationships and creating a positive, supportive atmosphere.
• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care which respects the overall health and well-being of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records that comply with clinic standards and regulatory requirements, tracking patient progress over time to inform treatment adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California is essential.

• Demonstrable experience in orthopedic rehabilitation with a focus on post-surgical care, sports recovery, or managing chronic pain conditions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team members.
