HUD Occupancy Specialist | Affordable Housing Pro
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
Marina Bay Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Occupancy Specialist to join our Quincy, Massachusetts team. You will manage HUD Section 8 occupancy requirements and day-to-day compliance for a large affordable housing community, working closely with property management and compliance teams. The ideal candidate has at least two years of HUD occupancy experience, with knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3 REV-1, Change 4, EIV, screening, recertifications, and voucher processing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
