Looking for intelligent, tech savy, hands on individuals for Assistant Banquets Manager

Looking for candidates that are eager up and coming individuals who want to learn and grow.

Event Planning and Coordination : Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, create event proposals, and manage contracts. Coordinate seating arrangements, decor, entertainment, and food and beverage service to meet client expectations.
Staff Management : Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise banquet staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and policies. Lead teams during events to maintain smooth operations.
Operational Oversight : Oversee setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, manage inventory of supplies such as linens and decorations, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Client Relations : Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, address concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Budget and Resource Management : Monitor event budgets, control costs, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure resources are available and used efficiently.
Collaboration with Departments : Work closely with culinary, audio-visual, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
