What We're Looking For

Our ideal driver is someone we can trust behind the wheel, with our equipment, and with our customers.

We're looking for drivers who have:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Five plus years of Class A CDL driving experience
• Clean MVR
• Excellent safety record
• Strong commitment to safe and responsible driving
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and dependable attitude
• Strong time-management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Pride in their work, equipment, and performance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

What You'll Do

As a Class A CDL Driver with Blue Behr, you'll operate on regional and local routes , safely transporting freight while providing the level of professional service our customers have come to expect.

You'll be responsible for:

• Safely operating Class A commercial vehicles
• Picking up and delivering freight to assigned destinations
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Following DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Maintaining accurate driving, pickup, and delivery records
• Communicating clearly with customers and the Blue Behr team
• Identifying and reporting equipment or mechanical concerns
• Taking pride in and properly caring for company equipment
• Representing Blue Behr professionally with every customer
