A little bit about us… Our little daughter is a little over three months old, and we’re looking for a loving, dependable nanny who will provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care in our home. We are a two-mom household and are looking for someone who is genuinely open-minded, inclusive, and affirming of our family. We want everyone to feel comfortable being themselves in our home, so kindness, respect, and a nonjudgmental attitude are very important to us. Responsibilities would include bottle-feeding, diaper changes, following her nap and feeding schedule, tummy time, reading, singing, sensory play, age-appropriate enrichment, and helping her reach developmental milestones—similar to the activities she would receive in a quality daycare setting. We want someone who will actively engage with her rather than simply supervise her. We would also expect light baby-related tasks during downtime, such as washing bottles, tidying her play and feeding areas, and keeping her belongings organized. Infant experience, reliability, good communication, and a strong focus on safety are extremely important to us.
