Director, Revenue Cycle & EHR Optimization

Liberation Programs in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Director of Revenue and EHR Optimization to lead revenue cycle management and drive standardization of business processes. You will collaborate with the Comptroller, operations leaders, vendors and stakeholders to identify issues, implement solutions, and set strategic direction for the organization.

The role requires deep experience in Medicare/Medicaid, payer contracts, and healthcare billing, with a track record of optimizing 1st and 3rd
