Plant Inventory Control Associate

We are looking for a Plant Inventory Control Associate to support our mission of delivering high‑quality bottled water. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper material rotation, and supporting inbound and outbound operations within the WMS. Essential Functions Navigate an advanced ERP system to manage daily “Inbound & Outbound” inventory tasks. Create purchase orders for pallets, airgas, etc. Process recycle and destruction loads. Maintain finished goods, raw materials, and sub‑assembly components per established guidelines. Handle non‑conforming material in Agile. Coordinate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMAs with involved parties. Verify true‑time inventory transactions in the ERP system. Execute Oracle transaction activities for Receiving, Inventory, WIP, and Non‑Conforming inventories. Perform daily audits and maintain a comprehensive cycle count program. Track and adjust inventory errors by compiling SKU, quantity, and sub‑inventory records. Prepare inventory balance reports, shortages, and discrepancies. Organize warehouse for efficient storage and distribution according to supervisor instructions. Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily, monthly cycle counts, and annual year‑end physical inventories. Assist in reporting to sub‑organizations, RMAs, HFI’s, and WIP. Identify expired inventory (SLOB) and ensure proper disposition. Implement FIFO product rotation and storage disciplines. Maintain positive relationships with all leadership levels. Complete special projects and assignments as requested by management. Comply with all safety rules, GMPs, and Niagara policies. Maintain high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity. Ensure regular and predictable attendance. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 2 Years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. 2 Years in a comparable position. 0 Years of experience managing people or projects. Preferred Qualifications: 4 Years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. 4 Years in a similar position. 2 Years of experience managing people or projects.
