Assistant Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead a busy retail store and ensure seamless daily operations. You will manage customer service, inventory, and sales while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience. This role also focuses on coaching and supporting a high-performing team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store success, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding experience for every customer. Responsibilities: • Monitor employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and support professional development • Take part in regular meetings to review store performance and help develop improvement strategies • Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations and team success • Assist in developing and executing corrective action plans for operational issues • Foster collaboration across departments to meet store objectives and improve operational efficiency Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and leadership • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate team members and ensure accountability • Experience fostering a positive and productive work environment • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance for travel to different job sites Compensation: $17 hourly
