Position: Humanities Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $45$60/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Write questions from your field including sources context and interpretive problems. Provide reference answers for model grading.
- Grade model-written interpretations and arguments. Assess source accuracy reasoning validity and contextual correctness.
- Flag instances where models produce fluent prose that misreads texts flattens debates or invents citations.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency relevance and coverage across datasets.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- A graduate degree in a humanities field or equivalent scholarly or professional experience.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
