Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinic

Registered Nurse – Oncology

Schedule: Shift: Tuesday–Friday (may change based on clinic need)

Requirements:

• Active California RN license required
• 2 years oncology RN experience
• BLS (AHA or ARC) certification
• ONS/ONCC (chemo certification) required
• Proficient with Epic charting
• Outpatient/infusion experience preferred
• Strong IV start, injection, and phlebotomy skills preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and manage infusion pumps.
• Care for central lines and ports.
• Perform blood draws and IV starts.
• Recognize and manage chemotherapy side effects.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation: 40 hours
• Return-to-office/time-off policy: RTO must be ≥7 days and not within the first 2 weeks of assignment
• COVID-19 vaccine: Not required
