The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.Manages the research, development, design, and testing of electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Directs the design of electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field. Combined experience/education considered- Experience with technical oversight of suppliers.- Experience with aircraft system design and hardware qualification.- Experience with systems engineering lifecycle & understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors.Desired Skills- Familiarity with aircraft Electrical Systems.- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across organizational levels and teams.- Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters and solutions with senior leadership.- Experience with safety-of-flight qualification, airworthiness, flight certification and/or system safety.- Experience with Project Management.- Problem investigation resolution and root cause analysis experience.- Experience with project planning and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).- Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM).- Familiarity with IFG Platforms and ProcessesPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
